You will learn the pull-up, deadlift, push-up, box jump, floor wiper, and dead clean and press. You’ll also learn variations of the main movements, progressions and regressions. At the end of this program, which may take you several cycles to really get down, you’ll have transformed your body into a lean machine and made yourself mentally tough, able to withstand any mental stress life may throw at you. 45-55 minutes later into the workout, you’re in the “pretty much everything” zone. You’ve burned a lot of calories, cranked up your metabolic rate so high that it’ll take hours to return to normal, moved all your joints through their full range of motion, and forced all your major muscles to work both hard and long, building strength and endurance. Since you’ve done all this with careful attention to your posture and form, you’ve improved your core stability and because you’ve included exercise that challenger your balance and coordination, you’ve improved those qualities as well. You’ll finish the workouts with metabolic training consisting of movement in all directions and challenging your endurance. In order to be Shredded, you’ll also need to apply the same dedication and discipline to your eating habits as you do your workouts.
